Monday starts with good intentions. Then work gets busy, morning tea appears, you’re starving by late afternoon, and suddenly it feels like you’ve blown it again.
You're trying to be "good", but the effort doesn't seem to match the results you're getting.
You eat well all day, then find yourself in the pantry at 9 p.m., feeling guilty before you've even finished.
You'd love to lose weight, but not with another diet that means separate meals, avoiding restaurants or saying no to everything you enjoy.
And more than anything, you're tired of thinking about your weight and food all the time.

You're 40+ and want a practical, evidence-based approach to losing weight.
You've lost weight before, only to find it stalled or gradually came back.
You're tired of starting over and want structure, support and accountability.
You want to understand what actually works for your body and lifestyle, not just follow another rigid set of rules.
You're ready to participate in the program, attend your appointments and show up to the weekly group calls.
You're looking for a rapid fix or a highly restrictive short-term diet.
You're not able to commit to the 1:1 appointments and weekly group sessions.
You have a current eating disorder or a medical condition that requires more individualised clinical care before taking part.

You get dressed without changing outfits three times because nothing feels right.
You know how to put together meals that support your goals without weighing and measuring everything.
You can go out for dinner, have a weekend away or enjoy a birthday without thinking: "I've ruined everything. I'll start again Monday."
You understand what your body needs.
You know how to get yourself back on track when life gets messy.
No. The Healthy Weight Reset is a structured 12-week program led by an Accredited Practising Dietitian. You'll learn practical skills and habits you can keep using, not a rigid set of rules you have to follow forever.
No. It's designed for women 40+ who are finding weight loss harder than it used to be. Perimenopause may be part of that picture, but it isn't the only reason women at this stage can struggle.
That's one of the most common stories I hear, and it's exactly why the final four weeks focus on maintenance. Keeping weight off is a skill, and you'll have the chance to practise those skills with support before the program ends.
You'll have one one-hour group call each week, plus time to put the strategies into practice in your everyday life. The program is designed to fit around work, family and real-life commitments.
No. The focus is on balance, not restriction. You'll learn how to make choices that support your goals while still being able to enjoy family meals, restaurants, weekends and social occasions.
Yes. You'll have a one-hour 1:1 assessment with me before you begin, weekly live group support throughout the program, and a 30-minute 1:1 review at the end.
It depends on your individual circumstances. We'll review your health history before you start and make sure the program is appropriate for you. Some conditions may require more individualised dietetic or medical support.
Places in the first round will be offered at a reduced beta price. Join the priority waitlist and I'll send you the full details before enrolment opens.
You're not alone. This program isn't about giving you another plan to follow perfectly. It's about helping you understand what works for you, build skills you can use in real life, and stop repeating the same cycle of starting over.
